Competency 1.09 required use of a desktop publishing program, to create a multi column brochure or flyer including text and images. Competency 1.12 required the creation ofa product that answered the following questions for those new to technology:

• Why are advance search options important?
• What are some example of advance search options?
• What are some tips for better finding the information that you want?
• What is a bookmark?
• How do you organize bookmarks?
